Step 1

Clean hands with soap and water or hand sanitizer.

Step 2

Orient the mask so that the wire nosepiece is at the top. Fully open the bottom and top panels, and bring both straps in front of the mask.

Step 3

Place the mask on your face so that the top panel rests over your nose, and the bottom panel rests under your chin.

Step 4

Pull the top strap over your head and position it high on the back of the head. Next, pull the bottom strap over your head and position it at the base of the head, below the ears.

Step 5

Tighten both of the straps by pulling the EZ-Adjusters close to your head.

Step 6

Using your fingertips from both hands, press and mold the wire nosepiece to fit the mask around the nose to achieve a secure fit.

Step 7

Adjust for a comfortable fit by holding the top panel down with your fingers, and pulling the bottom panel under your chin. Readjust straps as necessary to maintain a secure fit.

Remove the ClearMask™ Transparent Surgical Mask Plus by pulling the straps up and over the head, loosening the adjuster piece if needed.

Step 3

Slowly pull the mask away from the face. Avoid touching the front of the mask or any liquid splatter on the mask.

Step 4

Dispose of the mask according to local biohazard safety regulations.
